Candidates are able to save and return to their Career History Form at any time. However, once
a CHF is completed, a candidate does not have access to edit or make any changes. To reopen
a candidate's CHF, click into their profile by clicking their name or ID number. Once you are on
their profile, click the Actions tab and select “Request Further Information” from the dropdown
menu. The link in this email will allow the candidate access to their CHF. When you send this
email, the candidate's status will update to "Reopened" so you can keep track. Once they
submit the CHF again their status will update back to CHF Completed and you will receive an
email alert.
