Check the status of the candidate. If it does not say CHF Completed, then they did not complete their CHF. Have the candidate log back in and press “Submit”. Once they press Submit, you will receive an email notification that the CHF is completed, and all of their job history will be visible in the Snapshot.
My Candidate said they submitted their CHF, but I didn’t get a notice and I cannot see all of their job history in the Snapshot? Print
