Go to Candidate’s profile. Under the “Action” button you will see “Share Candidate Information”.  Once you select this it will take you to a new page. Enter the email of who you would like to share the information with, and also select on the right which documents you want to share (Snapshot, CHF, Interview Guides, Resume). You do not need to write anything in body of email. The merge code in the email will pull in the list of documents you have selected.
